A Guided Approach to Advanced Planning, Care Coordination, and Doula Services
ADVANCED PLANNING
When approached with care, advanced planning can offer solace to your loved ones as they tackle difficult decisions on your behalf. Advanced Planning provides an opportunity to make your wishes known so that those navigating your care - financially, legally, and medically - can do so clearly and with minimal burden. It relieves anxiety and unnecessary worry for you, but it is also a gift to your loved ones.

CARE COORDINATION
Understanding what quality care to choose and where we age in place can be cumbersome - we break down those barriers to make care transitions easier - navigating care options and supporting those giving care to avoid burnout.
DOULA SERVICES
It is important to give ourselves permission to own our wishes and the values we hold dear to carry us through end-of-life. We fill the gaps between medical and non-medical support services to offer a gentle and more peaceful path - designed the way you want it, advocated on your behalf - with grace and encouragement.

Engage Care Partners is a limited liability company designed to bridge the gap between medical and non-medical companion and support services from diagnosis through end-of-life with dignity and compassion - embracing and honoring your independence and wishes to live abundantly.
Simply put, we believe there is a more peaceful and gentle journey through the path of caregiving by partnering with our clients to ensure quality care.
